Ice, Ice, Baby
I went to spin class this afternoon, and behold ... The entire Austin Icebats hockey team was there, spinning with me. I was the only girl, besides the instructor. It was pretty motivating, since I was pretty slow comparatively. Made for a fun class though, when normally, it's the worst/hardest workout ever. *wink*
